ragtags studio central: sarah's random this & that

random means "having no definite aim or purpose," (1655), taken from "at random" (1565), "at great speed" (thus, "carelessly, haphazardly"). In 1980s college student slang, it somehow, and sadly, acquired a distinct sense of "inferior, undesirable." (Online Etymology Dictionary, Douglas Harper) Well, okay, fine, Mr. Online Etymology Dictionary person, but THIS is the 21st Century. It's a whole new ball of wax.

Extentions are not just for hair, AND look what I found on Craig's List!

Well, Colin is not so sure about our "new" coffee table (shown here at its FORMER owner's home), but so far the opinions are running 10-3 FOR it. Care to cast an opinion yourself?
Also, turns out there's still a little time to tell us about the music that rocks your world, and the scents that carry you away, if ya haven't! You actually have until Friday night since I won't be back from Denver until then! So have at, darlings!

Happy New Year('s eve), sarah, dear! :)

Love the table... ooohhh... aaaahhh... looks like it could be a fire pit.

Fave music lately is anything from Incubus... and anything from Sarah McLachlin...

Favorite scent... sandalwood... or nag champa... mmm! :)

Hugs,
Adriane

Hey, Sarah, Hope Christmas was great for you. I found a new (to me) artist over the holidays and already bought one of her CDs. IF you get a chance, listen to Sissel-she's norwegian and amazing. One of my favorite songs she does is called (oddly enough) "Sarah's Song". It's a lullaby she wrote for her daughter, but it's supposed to be sung from the child to the mother. I think you'll love her.
